Hello Volkert

The incidence of the wing must be 0.6 deg comparing to the base of the canopy.
Beveled shape of the trailing edge of the wing causes misalignment of the back leg of the measurement device So temporarily fill it with a piece of balsa and fix it with a two side tape. Then you will measure correct incidence.
Stabs are 0 deg.
For stall turn you need a high deflection of rudder.
My rudder touches to elevators on both side.

Right on the money! You were right about the trailing edge. Now I measured 0,5 degrees positive.

My rudder comes about parallel on the elevator halves, but I cannot get it further. What do you need to sand away to get it like that? I tried around the junction, but it did not make a difference.
