Also note that 2.4 is *NOT* an RC designated band by the FCC, and as such, you will find no reference whatsoever to RC in FCC docs. 2.4 is in the ISM (Industrial, Scientific, and Medical) allocation, which is pretty much a catch all for pretty much any part 15 device on 2.4 . . . so, yes, 2.4 is legal in the states, but unlike 72, it shares it's frequencies with a heck of a lot of other stuff, whereas 72 is an RC only set of channel assignments. There are other things *between* the RC channels on 72, but they are not on our frequencies, and do not interfere.
