Thanks for the reply warnberg, I've looked the tail section over and have not seen anything that resembles tubes of any sort. Maybe they forgot them on mine! lol! How many inches from the tail edge where it meets the rudder is the holes actually located? From the top of the tail also please.

its even with the leading edge of the horizontal stab. exactly 2 inches up from it.

you cant miss it....but then again you did.
