Default Electric Conversions of Glow to Electric with cltuch

Hi,

I want to share my last conversion project, in a old Raptor 60 ( same for 90).

I started to make electric conversion just two months ago, the basic idea was using old mechanics, but...I realized the potential to increase the scale appearence in my projects, more realistic sound and slow spool up of the blades.

My first conversion was a Century Hawk 50, using a Align 100Amp Speed Control and Align 650L 1220KVs motor, see video in the link below:

The second was more difficult because the size and the age of the mechanics, an old Robbe Futura SE 800 size ( 8 years old, and with mechs problems in the tail, but this is another history...).
In this Project I used a Castle Creations HV110 with Neu Motors 1915H 1.5Y 580 KVS.

And the last already in progress, rest the field test, is the one of the thread, the conversion on a Rapi 60.
I already finished the conversion, took photos of the full project to share with all.

To start, in the link can see the finished conversion, working in the bench with photos of the process.

This kind of conversion are a must for scale helicopters, the slow spool up and the more realistic sound of the electric motors are unique, and can be done in almost any mechanics ( ...or all).
Next step is modify electric helis to adapt a clutch on...
