i personally havn't ever had trouble with nitrorcx or hobbypartz. but there are always lemons in customer service and your perception of the company rests on whether or not you get that lemon
like i said, the items i recieved(except the remote) have all been perfect and shipped fast and at a good price. but not getting ANY answer back when i email them is pretty lame. whats the point of a customer support email if they dont answer?
i can say, i have an exceed mad speed(got it used, but its stock) and once i tightened up the rear ball diff it drifts pretty good for a $100 car!
