2.0 ah is the capacity of the pack. A rate of current is expressed as amps and could have been 2 amps? If so then by definition it shall deliver 2000 mah in 1 hr. If it took overnight then maybe it was really set to .2 amps (200 ma) of current.
A lot of people like to use the 1 hr charge and for your pack would be 2 amps.
