The progress today.
I HATE LEADING EDGE SHEETING!
Here is a trick I have learned from building SIG WONDERS>
I replace the 1/4 x 1/4 balsa L.E. stock with 3/16 x 3/16 Spruce or Basswood.
Also I may need to use wider L.E. sheeting but still 1/16 thick.
In place of the butt joint the may get wavy ~ between the ribs....
I overlay the sheeting on top the 3/16 sq. L.E.
Top side first then trim the sheeting flush to bottom, then the bottom side trim and sand as needed.
