Default RE: Engine mount upgrades

Stick with the stock mount. In the event of a strong impact, that low grade injection molded aluminum will fracture relatively easily and relieve stress from the system, saving your engine's crankcase from damage.

A replacement engine mount is about $10 and a few minutes of trackside work. A new engine block is $40+ and requires hours of cleaning and assembly, assuming none of the internal components are damaged. It's really a no-brainer.
