the scary part is its been nearly five years since the news about only 20% of the base being above ground, all them buildings got a basements or bunkers or both, have you heard about "Janet", its the private airline which shuffles people from a seperate terminal and Las Vegas International Airport out to the base multiple times per day. As far as I know nearly every country in the world uses tail numbers for ID on both civilian and military aircraft, even stealth fighters and bombers carry tail numbers yet these Janet Planes are simply white with a red stripe, no tail number no ID, they are priority for landing and taking off of course. Supposedly they do this so no one can figure out how many planes are used which could lead to figure out how many people go to work out there at Groom Lake every day. I understand security is key but flying people to work EVERY day sounds like the fleecing of america to me.
