You need 13 inch pitch to have a prop wash speed of 150 MPH at 12,000 RPM. For the airplane to actually go 150 you would probably need a prop wash speed of at least 170, depending on the prop diameter/airplane weight and drag ratio. So that would need a pitch of 15 inch.
