RE: Tower Vista EP
Those times sound a little short, but I'm a new sailer with a stock Radian PNP, AR500, DX8, and running a 1300mAH battery. I set the timer for 10 minutes, and then I fly the timer plus 20 to 30 minutes, and I'm still figuring out the thermaling part. I pretty much motor up to altitude and play with getting lift from the wind and just gliding back to 6 - 60 feet and then motor back up. I'm thinking when I get to thermaling I will be in the 45 - 60 minute lounge chair mode...... :-)
