Philip, where did you put your ESC and liPo? I have the ESC in the front and I built up the floor on either side of it and the LiPo rests on top of that. By front I mean the hatched area forward of the wing.
Sounds like you also have the "sweet" 3D glider set up, it's a lot of fun to fly, you can hover it, do outside loops.... everything a glider should't do.
