You may try another replacement battery, also the motor may need to be replaced if it was run full power all the time, mine handled great just over half throttle and cruised for well over 250 flights. The norm is it will take off easily in over 20 feet off the pavement.. Hope your able to improve your flights, its an awsome starter ship.
