Okay guys the overall story,
SUMMARY
1. Calculate engine loading + prop inertia.
2. Calculate power required.
3. Calculate ratio required.
4. Initiate basic sizing.
5. Compare sizing against ratio.
6. If good, perform basic structure analysis
7. If structure failed - go back to item 4.
8. If good - perform engine modification as required.
9. Finally if every thing goes well.......
