I respect anyone that can dedicate that much effort and time to scratch build then have the cahones to put it in mortal danger with other raving mad speed freaks piloted war birds....I solute you!
The funny thing with that prop is that it is in a partial stall condition (slipping) when run static. Once the plane is in flight the prop "hooks" up and the engine will load down as I found with a OS 70 heli engine.
Try it anyway, but have some 10X9, 11X8 props on hand.
You must be congratulated again for pulling that much RPM with that prop. About 800 more than my heli did on 30%!
