i ve been browsing the forum for a few days and noticed that there isnt alot of info about the caldera 3.0
i have questions like..
1: are hop-ups available
2: what engines can be swapped for use in this truck
3: reviews,possibly from owners??
looking foward to reading some good replies

plenty of hop ups availible from redcat.
better shocks, shock towers, steering links, CVD driveshafts, and many other parts that have alloy upgrades.
Not sure what motors can be a direct swap(meaning no mods needed)
but the SH .21 might fit.
i cant review the nitro caldera, but i had the brushless version of the truck(many same parts.
The stock servos are not the best. but hobbypartz has cheap servos for upgrades.
the 2.4 radio is basic, but works well.
the tires will wear out quick if you drive on pavement alot.
over-all, the chassis holds up well.
its a good idea to go over any nitro when you first get it and check all the screws/bolts. making sure they are tight.
adding some fuel tubing to the drive cups is a good idea as well.
