RE: 31% Fokker Dr-1 Scratch Build
I went to Kinko's and enlarged the 1/4 scale DR-I plan 1.23%, I think that was the number. They have a nice set up which handles paper up to 36" wide, and has a keypad which to punch in the percentage enlarge or decrease for the copys. The only draw back is that the cost is about $2.50 per foot copy, so it can add up quick in price. On average I end up paying over a $150 for plans which encludes buying the original to work with and than the copy price, it could cost more if you make errors and have to recopy. You can see spots whited outwhich I well modify on theconstruction. The top photo is the original 1/4 scale plan and the bottom is the enlarged, which has a fuselage lenght of 70.5" which is over 12" longer than the 1/4 scale fuselage.
