Chris, Joe has it right. You have to bring the batteries back up just like you do when you break them in. The Cellpro 10S is not the best at calculating % displayed...mainly keep track of your mah. Additionally, you won't see any IR if the starting point of the charge is above 80% as it was on your last reboot attempt.
