Continuing ...

While the wing was drying I took down the wing to paste from above.

Preparing the wing:


Making holes in the wing and ailerons for penetration of CA


Fabric hinge for full ready to be cut:


Hinges cut


Ailerons bonded with 3 drops of CA on each hinge:


Preparing to glue the two parts of the wing up.
Wooden dowel, anti rotation pin and the metal where the handle is fixed to the fuselage:


I had to make an adjustment because the metal is not fitting perfectly. Ok:


Pasting the pieces with epoxy 30 min:


After holding the two parts glued with adhesive tape.




Now just waiting to dry ...
