Well, this is not news you will like hearing, but a PBY seaplane is a pretty bad choice for beginners, assuming you have no flying experience. PBY models have a few slightly quirky flight characteristics. I have a good bit of experience on several different sizes of PBY R/C models, rading from 51" to 120" in span.
But, perhaps you have some flying experience with ready to fly models and this is the first ARF you have tried to build?
