Just buy the instruments and make your own instrument panels from 3 mm sheet plasctic. Very easy. Hobby lobby has the instruments so does this guy.

These are the instruments that inzpan uses. In fact they are made by them. I think Hobby Lobby is out of stock though. The instruments are $20 bucks though and then you have your time. Plus some other plastic. If you can get them for $80 bucks it may be worth it for you.
