RE: Prop injury in the news
Yikes! It's not that difficult for someone inexperienced to walk into a spinning prop. Hey, some of us put our hands through them time after time and don't learn.
Need more information here but if the pilot let her exit with the engine running he is at fault. If she got out,was clear/walking away, then he started up to leave and she came back out to "thank him" then.........
