Default RE: Smallest RIRE engine

Hobby Club carries the Uctam (or Uktam or whatever) .09.  It is a big heavy crude rear rotor front exhaust (which could likely be reversed by flipping the middle casting to make a rear exhaust)  I would replace the screws and clean it out before running it.  I have a few Uktam .15 motors and one wouldn't even turn over.  I had to lap it first.  The screws look like they are from WW1 and some were hard to get out.  The castings are sand cast and when they are drilled, the sand chunks in the aluminum ruins the drills and taps so the screws are tight.  Having said that, They are pretty good motors for $50.  All the best motors seem to be sand cast, or at least rough looking castings as they are more of a custom thing. (Picco, Rossi, Russian stuff etc.)
