Oh, wow! I've literally followed this thread for years. It helped inspire me to build my first 4 Star and I benefitted from your trials, tribulations, and pics along the way. You know that my first one met it's demise back in 2008. I've still got the modified ARF version that I replaced it with. Still take it out every couple of months or so and put a few flights on it. These are great flying models.
For some reason RCU quit sending me email updates when posts were made here. I hadn't looked at it since early July when you were putting the finishing touches on the model. Had just assumed that this thread was taking another long siesta. I was cleaning out my Favorites list tonight and came across the bookmark for this thread and it prompted me to take a look at it to see if ole' Kmot ever got that thing flying.
