RE: castle creations warranty
none of my posts (pre tbj) contained any anger or castle bashing, i run castle products in allmy cars and trucks.just thought he was a little rude in his reply. right or not he does not have to be a jerk about it.maybe thats his strange way of being helpful but i dont know him so i geuss i took it personal. noone, including you Foxyi'm sure,likes being talked to like they are stupid.i will continue tocall and emailuntil i resolve the issue. i did not insure it but i did get delivery confirmation so they cant say they did not receive it. i am sure they will replace it either way but their turn aound on warranty and customer communication needs some work. how is your new goldpan project going dragnse7en, any pics yet?
