RE: Blade mQX
I like UFOs and I think the four rotor quad helis make the perfect platform for them.
I tried placing a car body on it and it looks funny.
I was abit reluctant to doing any other body style that didn't resemble in some fashion to an alien spaceship.
I grew up watching a lot of SCI-FI movies, especially the ones with the simple saucer spaceships and thus my inspiration.
The stock canopy is lightweight and is one reason why the mQX flies great. The MIA bodies are faithful to the same stock mQX lightweight specification.
A body which has a lot of plastic and has a lot of other little parts added to the sides or glued to the body will be heavier and prematurely wear out the small motors,
not only that but in a crash more things to break and repair.
One can go crazy and pop any thing on the mQX but some things just don't look quite the same as the obvious UFO shapes. IMO.
