In the picture it looks like you have tygon tubing from the UAT. You may want to change that.
I had a flame out once with my rhino. I removed all tygon and replaced with 6mm festo. The tygon was too soft.
I was also collapsing the standard BVM UAT. Changed it out to a MAP High Flow. Not a problem since.
