I just might.. what I really need is one that can handle a payload of ~1.5 kg. But for the price of the Hangtime chute I miight rather try to make one myself. Its for a school project. There's little $ but a whole summer quarter of time.
Our diver weighs in at 3.5 lbs, so you will be almost perfect in payload as we are. I know they are pricey but once you see one that all goes away. It's hard to look at a website and see the quality and craftsmanship that goes into these chutes. I actually have alot of schools using these for projects of dropping 5 to 6 lbs., we actually make them a special version of this chute so it holds up better under the extra weight. Let me know if or what you decide.
