I had the same thing happen at the 2005 Winamac meet. Turbine threw all the blades in the air and landed the EuroSport with fire coming out the tail. Eric from Robart ran out and put out the flame. The same EuroSport still flies today with the "blade scars" as they left the airframe. To this day, I never "run up" an engine to full throttle in the pit / startup area....
Thanks for the reminder; I also had become complacent.....
