ORIGINAL: Cajuncharley Can the spektrum 6 and 7 channel transmitter be changed from Mode 2 to Mode 1
in the same manner as the Futaba transmitters?
The electronics on the Futaba are easily changed when you first turn on the transmitter.
Then you must remove the back of the transmitter and move the ratchet mehanism for the throttle from one stick
to the other. Does this same procedure apply to the Spectrum 6 and/or 7 channel transmitters?

Short answer - Spektrum Tx usually need to be sent to service center for mode change,
