I would recommend the Turnigy
760HV then; the HK one is single speed on the continuous sweep function and only good to 4.8V. The plastic printed sheet wrapper is pretty cheesy and it falls off all the time; it's only worth getting if you can pick it up on the swarm for $2 like I did.

I got the Turnigy for a robotics project; It will run on up to 3S input for testing HV servos, plus it has variable continuous sweep cycle speed and 4 buffered signal outputs. Plus, its 1520uS/760uS switchable pulse width is ideal for testing higher end digital servos. Just remember it sends out the same voltage to the servos as you power it with, so don't plug a 3S pack into it and test 6V-rated servos; you'll let the magic smoke out of them.
