Look at 3:12 seconds in and you will see the tailplane is clearly not even with the wings. It's tilted way to the right. I saw it earlier on in the video but thought it was just the camera angle. Amazed that you could keep it airborne.
I had a Ziroli P-40 for a bunch of years. Just recently sold it with Robarts and Sachs 4.2

at 1:54 of the video it's very evident. The tailplane looks ok; I think the wing hold down is broken
