here is a few pics from the first flight, pics are take off and landing, i killed the engine just before touch down because i was running out of runway. engine sagged (overheated) and did emergency landing after 10-12 min flight
going to add the baffles to cure that issue. running 3W-150 for power. found out a out of trim gee bee takes every bit of your attention to get it trimed out at that speed! turns out the balance is dead on!! it was mainly rudder trim that gave me issues and found i need to add more expo to the ailerons, man they were quick!! i could not beleave how fast this thing is at full power! eats up the airspace quick!
i did love how this plane lands, no nonsense just unreal!
now that maiden is done i need to order the graphics for it.
anyone add smoke?? or does it add too much weight?
