Pretty much just volt checking adjacent pins in the balance connector. Each pair should read the same 3.5-4.2 volts. Gotta be careful not to short the two pins out together though.

oops, I forgot. The triton EQ can also read the individual cells too, right? I can;t remember how unless a charge is started. Maybe you have 14 minutes to get the readings.
