Your score starts at 100, so subtract 100 from your total to see your ''earned'' stars before figuring your PPS (posts per star)
As you can see, the airplane forum guys never use them
Actually a lot of people never bother to use them. I don't think I've ever used it once along with a pile of other people [&:]
Also I don't see it being a very helpful indicator as someone can go make another account, and go give themselves all 5 stars on posts they have done. I remember a while back someone tried that, and was giving everyone in one thread one star thinking they down rank the person lol
