the 8U, 9C and 9Z do dual elevators. 6X does not do it well...it doesnt have a built in mix, and ifyou use the mixer to do it, you will find yourself unable to trim your elevators in flight.
I agree, the futaba synchronizer or JR matchbox are great choices to resolve this question without having to buy a new radio.
