Yeah I have a block under the plane to keep the stabs off the floor of the trailer. However in the mishap, thel live hinges on the stab and flap already delaminated and needed to be glued back so thy are extra strong now.

Do you have a block under the tail? The elevator control horns can be touching and it will lift the hinge and tear the foam
