Others here will recommend Tarot as a decent cheap build; though now I'm hearing that they have to replace all sorts of stuff on them now too. I cannot comment, the only Tarot part I've ever owned was the 1-piece forged Main Bearing Block; it was a damn fine bit of machining for $10 shipped and WITH bearings:

OH, HELLYES! Lookit what I tripped over while looking for that link:

That fixes one of the biggest annoyances with my EXI 450Pro build... Tarot, you basstards, you're gonna convert me yet!
The tarot 450 pro v2 kit is an exceptional quality kit. The only thing I had to swap out was the main gear hub, but I always go align hub, owb and main gear anyways. It's definately a major step up in quality from the 450GT. The tarot 500 I got was a different story as there wer quite a few buts I had to replace. Although the general consensus is that I was just unlucky as most have had no issues with their kits.

That first one piece main bearing block looks like bling to me, but the second one is great as it lets you remove your servos easily for service and also to remove your motor and change pinion etc easily.

Yeah my Tarot kit was great as well exept for the main gear hub and a dodgy TT.
Hows the 500 going Jonesy?
Hoping to get the HK450 Pro out today and see if my flying is any better than last week.
