We don't have a specific setting. TT didn't provide one. We just make sure that the idle mixture is "stupid rich" and go from there. We have to start the engine at part throttle. Leave the glow plug battery connected and get the engine running and leaned at full throttle. Remove the glow plug battery and retard the throttle a bit at a time. Adjust the idle mixture as necessary once the throttle gets to around half. Then retard the throttle a bit and adjust, retard and adjust, and so forth. You'll eventually find the proper idle mixture and RPM for your engine.
