Fiberglassing Between Two (2) Panes of Glass
Please help. I am glassing one of two plywood roof top panels for the 25% O-1 Bird Dog and I want to put it between two panels of glass. The glass panels would then have weights placed on top until the epoxy cured to ensure a straight, flat panel to be installed on the roof. Should I use a release agent (car wax) of some kind on both inside panels of the glass? I'm not going to tell you why I asked that question (smile). Also, about how long should I let the composite of wood/glass stay between the glass panels under the weights? Many thanks. Chic
