Where did you get the adapter? I heard the ones from Saito have to be used with that extension flex tubing because the muffler is too heavy for it. I ordered mine from some company in Louisiana and they say you can mount the muffler right to it. If you look in my picture in post #29 you can see the tip of my muffler. I may have taken too much cowling off than I needed to but I dont think its too bad.
