Default Value Hobby ........ concerns and problems

I am wondering if any of you have had problems with value hobby? I received my order and two items were defective.. This was over a month ago.... I still do not have the replacement items.... their system is confusing at best.... they ask for pictures... I sent pictures... I filled out two forms... one a replacement request and one a service request and I have called several times... I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY TELEPHONE CALLS OR EMAILS FROM THEM... NO NOTIFCATIONS BY EMAIL... Upon my searching I found that they had left a message in the replacement items area ?.... twice? I do not sit around checking their website for answers so now time has moved on and it is over a month since I received the order... What I understand now is they want me to send the items back that were defective... that is fine but they do not discuss who pays for the return mail for the package.... Is this normal? I would like for someone to talk with me and explain their system.... Any suggestions? Thanks...
