The 480 motor is part # PKZ4416. I think it is a lower power 480, probably closer to the 450 or 400.
I should add that I am mainly concerned about the weight of the motor at 87 grams (3.1 oz).
Do you guys think this will be too heavy with an 18a esc in the back with it? The fit with the rear cowl seems to be ok.
I am sure the power is ok. With the prop I am using (9x6 pusher), my watt meter registers 155 watts and 14 amps. Probably be a little more when flying.
So, I have read that some people have had problems when there powerplant got too heavy. What do you guys think? Is this setup worth trying?
