Kits are an anomaly in the RC hobby in that they hold their value fairly well. I agree with Tom that it would sell for $100. You could get the most out of it by parting everything out. Put the iron and tools on Ebay, possibly the two rolls of covering as well, then sell the kit by itself.
That sounds like a good idea. Thanks for the great info and any more opinions/knowledge will be greatly appreciated.
