There is no single way to do it.
Some ideas:
- Distance from fuel tank to UAT to pump --> as close/short as possible
- Distance from pump to turbine -> not critical
- Keep Pump and Receiver away from each other.
- ECU, Rx switch and fuel shutoff valve easily accessible
- Batteries located to help balance the plane (I'm not familiar with your plane, but it will help if you can find out if it tends to come out tail heavy, nose heavy, or just about right)
- Use an FOD protector for the turbine.
