Yes that almost certainly an Easy Sport as Jester suggested and I actually have had one in my hanger in the past. I would suggest you balance it at 25%mac. That is the fancy way of saying One quarter of the distance between the front of the wing to the rear of the wing, back from the leading edge of the wing.

Thanks John! I found the manufacturers suggested CG of 4 1/8 inches. I'll see if that matches 25% out of curiosity.
