Hi Richard, I have built I-16 years ago. I was searching for plans for a long time but could not find anything. At the end I bumped into a russian web site and found a great 3 wiew drawing with a lot of detailed info.
I started from there. It was 72" wingspan with OS 120 four stroke. I designed and built my own retracts as there was nothing available at the time. It was fantastic flyer and I ended up selling it to a club mate.
Now, years after, I'm thinking of building another one, bit bigger. I have a Moki 150 radial that needs home. Here is a pic.
