The servos hatches are the standard Boomer issue. I had reservations about using these but some buddies with experience said they are pretty tough.
I added a piece of carbon rod over the rudder link rods as they are all threaded and pretty long. The rest are very close coupled. With the exception of the rudder pieces, the links are pre-cut.
All of it is Sullivan 4-40 stuff and great quality.
Paul, on the other side of the horn do you just have the head of the bolt countersunk into the top of the surface? sullivan instructions say to drill a 1/2" hole and insert a dowel but the surfaces already have a ply plate in them WB_1
