Default Which 3536 Motor to Run ?

Hi Guys, I've been flying nitro for about 25 years but I'm pretty new to the electric scene. I recently bought the 1100mm Old Crow P-51 which has a 3536 750kv, 35 amp ESC and the motor is rated for 35 amps. It flies pretty nice but I'm a speed freak and like to over power my planes. I jut got a WattsUp meter so can check the vital statistics of my combos. I recently purchased the same motor and ESC that comes on the Roc Hobby Strega P-51 thinking I would slip in a proven combo, but the motor is too long and leaves too much of a gap between the spinner and the cowl. I want to put a 3536 back on but want one that will make this plane get it on. What 3536 motor would you recommend if I want to run the factory 4 bladed 10x8 prop ?
What motor would you recommend for a 10x10 2 bladed prop ? I've got a 70 amp ESC so that's not a problem. I also have 3s and 4s batteries. I just want a motor that can handle the job and not burn up due to over amping.

I understand that the higher the kv rating the higher the rpm. I do see that the higher the kv usually the prop sizes get smaller. But the amp ratings on the 750-850kv motors seem to be very low around 25 to 30 amps, with the higher KV rated motors 1250- 1450 closer to 45-50 amps, which if I understand correctly would have a little more safety net for running a 4s battery.

Can a 3536 1450kv motor swing a 4 bladed 10x8prop and run at the higher rpms? Or at least higher rpm's than the stock 750kv which puts that prop at about 8,325rpms. I'd like to get that prop up to around 10,000rpm or better. Any help is appreciated. Thanks for the help, Dil
