create a plug using the half round,seal it well,then wax it a couple of times...put gelcoat or surface coat on it,let it cure,then layup .75 oz cloth polyester and epoxy(2 layers).Now you have a sheet of the stuff that you can use to reproduce corrugations over and over,using common epoxy techniques.
